The Friendship Circle of South Jerusalem connects children with special needs with loving volunteers, who visit them weekly.  We offer a range of programs to support the children, their parents and siblings, and to train and enrich our teenage volunteers.  We focus on spreading friendship, love and inclusion.  We are currently servicing over 100 families with over 100 volunteers.

Our Mission
The Friendship Circle of South Jerusalem is a non-profit organization working to provide  children with special needs the friendship and inclusion they deserve.

We offer a warm, supportive community that enriches all those who participate. As the families receive assistance, the volunteers feel empowered and learn the priceless value of giving.

More About Us
We  bring together teenage volunteers and children with special needs for hours of fun and friendship. These shared experiences empower the children, while enriching the lives of everyone involved.

Our special friends blossom and gain the confidence they need to make the most of their abilities and talents.

Their teen volunteers learn the priceless value of giving, the curative power of friendship, and the vital importance of integrating children with special needs into our communities.

Their parents and siblings receive much-needed respite and support from the Friendship Circle community, and all those who assist us.

The Friendship Circle links volunteers, children, parents, staff, and supporters in a seamless circle of friendship that makes miracles happen every day.
